Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy sets out when refunds are and aren't available for subscriptions to the Wicked Exotics platform. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Free trial

Your first 14 days on any plan are free. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel at any time before it ends without paying anything.

3. Monthly subscription — general rule

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Once a billing period has started, the fee for that period is non-refundable. You keep access to the Service until the end of the period.

This is because the Service is a digital business tool provided immediately on demand — under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, business-to-business customers do not have a 14-day cooling-off period, and consumer customers waive it by using the Service during the trial.

We may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion, for example if:

6. Failed payments

If a scheduled charge fails, we retry it and open a 14-day grace window during which you keep access. If we don't receive payment by the end of the window your subscription is cancelled — no partial refund applies because no payment was successfully taken.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly by email. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent cancellation of your account.
